I just wanted to pop in and write a little about diet and eating healthy as I’ve really been experimenting with myself on what works and what doesn’t work. Although I still think I haven’t cracked my full potential or really kicked my metabolism back into full gear…
Like I mentioned earlier, starch and grains are a big no no for me, the only thing that has been really yummy and great has been quinoa, just instantly upset tummy and sluggish feeling. I even tried whole grain and healthier stuff like sweet potato, and still just rough reactions :( Although I will still have some sweet potato fries with a burger, I really don’t feel 100% after. I’m going to keep experimenting but it’s not looking great folks.
I’m really understanding “eating for your body type” more. Honestly we’re all so different so eating something super super healthy for one person doesn’t work for the other because its lacking the right amount of carbs or some sh*t for that body type! Ugh it’s all very confusing but it’s also great to start understanding more so that I can enjoy eating more lol.
Damn, I do miss the days of having a metabolism of a 13 year old LOL! Now I feel like I’m working out multiple times a day (aka doing 15 sit ups occasionally throughout the day haha) and still not getting results!
Well gonna keep on chugging away and keep bettering myself!
