Sorry guys for being MIA, lets be real what else is new?
It’s been negative motivation nation over here and I’m sorry for taking it out on you guys.
You ever feel like just blah and deflated and tired?… well thats where I’m at right now and thats not a good place to be with spring right around the corner.
Let me rephrase this…my body and brain feel blah over some stuff, but really happy and excited for other stuff. Its weird and confusing and draining lol. I’ve got a lot of stuff brewing that I’m excited for.
I’ve been eating not necessarily better, more or less the same but I have started intermittent fasting which has been GREAT. I feel like I’m dieting less, just eating what I like but within a time window and it just feels a lot better. I’ve been working out a ton and I feel body sore, but more energized from within.
Hopefully my motivation returns and I can share more with you guys!
