Well as the title may suggest… I tried dough-less pizza. And to say that it was good would be a lie haha!
Cauliflower pizza was not very good. Honestly I went into it open minded, and mouthed, even dipping it in extra tasty pizza sauce. But despite my efforts the “pizza” was mushy, albeit crisped up on the outside but super mushy on the inside.
My mind isn’t completely closed on this whole no dough thing, because I’m still doing no starch!
Comment below if you’ve tried something tastier or have any suggestions cooking this stuff better!
On the other hand, I did try some black bean pasta by Tolerant and that was pretty tasty!!! So not all hope is lost, phew.
